Refund Policy - FILL LE HEART

If the product reached you in an unusable condition or after 7 days, your product cost will be refunded or we will send you another item.

If we are unable to deliver because of the wrong address or receiver unavailability, then the responsibility will be on the receiver's side.

Please note that the return policy does not apply to food products. Refunds for other eligible items will be processed within 3 working days upon confirmation.
