Partner Program T&C

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 FILL LE HEART is conducting an affiliation program called Partners Program where Participant(s) can participate by signing up made by FILL LE HEART. A commission shall be given to the person who Sign Up for the Partner Program for each claim using personalised coupon code against the purchase of product from www.fillleheart.com. A user account will be enabled for participant to monitor the validity of program, number of coupon code claims and the earnings.

1.2 FILL LE HEART reserves the right to open this Partner Program through admin panel.

1.3 By participating in this Partner Program, Participant(s) (for eligibility, refer Clause 3) unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) as well as the Terms and Conditions of www.fillleheart.com.

1.4 FILL LE HEART reserves all rights to change, modify or alter these T&Cs at any point of time. These T&C constitute the comprehensive T&C of the Partner Program and all Participant(s) are bound to comply with the same. Any non-compliance with the same may disqualify the Participant(s) from participating in the Partner Program. FILL LE HEART reserves the right to alter these T&Cs without any further notice as FILL LE HEART may deem fit in its sole and absolute discretion. No communications/correspondences will be entertained by FILL LE HEART on account of the aforementioned alterations/ modifications or otherwise.

1.5 Participant(s) shall be deemed to have a notice of any such amendments or interpretations upon publication of the same on www.fillleheart.com and shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by virtue of his/ her continued participation in this Partner Program. If a Participant does not wish to continue to participate in this Partner Program pursuant to the prevailing T&C as amended or interpreted, he/she may terminate participation in this Partner Program upon written notice to FILL LE HEART via email through info@fillleheart.com.

1.6 All decisions of FILL LE HEART in any matter under these T&Cs shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained.

1.7 A failure by FILL LE HEART to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instances will not give rise to any claim by any person.

1.8 Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by FILL LE HEART to conduct further similar or another Partner Program.

1.9 This is an electronic document and does not require any digital or physical signature.

2. PARTNER PROGRAM PERIOD

2.1 The Partner Program period starts from 01st Oct 2023, 12 am till 01st Oct, 2024, 11:59 pm (hereinafter referred to as “Partner Program Period”).

2.2 FILL LE HEART may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Partner Program Period, as it may deem necessary.

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPANT(S)

3.1 The Partner Program is open to all Indian nationals having residence in India only.

3.2 All Participant(s) must be of 18 years and above at the date of beginning of this Partner Program and if requested will be required to provide evidence of the same.

4. PARTICIPATION & COMMISSION

4.1 Participation in this Partner Program shall be in the following manner:
Participant(s) can participate by signing up on the Partner Program using the form made by FILL LE HEART. A commission shall be given to the person who Sign Up for the Partner Program, for each claim using personalised coupon code against the purchase of the product from www.fillleheart.com. The personalised coupon code will able to create or edit by participant using the enabled participant account. The coupon code will active only after the approval from FILL LE HEART by verifying the authenticity of participant(s).

4.2 Through this Partner Program, the participant may earn commission up-to 12% of MRP for the products listed on www.filllehart.com based on the valuation of participant during the coupon code approval. The type and value of the commission be at the sole discretion of FILL LE HEART

4.3 The coupon code can be used only for the purchases done via www.fillleheart.com.

4.4 Participants are solely responsible for all taxes payable as a result of a commission earned or received
